    NOTE: Each author is requested to provide handouts of data slides or overhead transparancies (100 copies). A copy of your full paper is desirable for the Fall 1999 Seminar binder. If a master copy of the handouts and/or paper is submitted prior to August 20, 1999, then the seminar committee will provide the necessary copies for attendees.
